Free premium cancelled in 'promotional' period - will it revert to free??

if i cancel my free for 3 months Premium trial within the 'free' 3-months, when will my account revert to being a 'free' spotify - immediately, or after the 3-month trial?

the T&Cs say: "If you cancel a Promotional Offer during the Promotional Period, you will lose access to the Spotify Premium Service and your Spotify account will switch to a Spotify Free account at the end of the Promotional Period...."

in this case, what is the "promotional period"? Will my account become a 'free' account again at the end of 3-months free trial or the at the actual promotion end date for 3-months free trial (12 May)??

Thanks for reaching out.

Your Premium stays until your next billing date (at the end of the 3 months), then your account switches to free.

You keep your playlists and saved music when your account is free. You can also still log in and play with ads.
