However, it’s possible that the Premium account is different from the one you’re currently using.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;First, log out from your device using the steps on &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/how-to-log-out/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;this guide&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; and log back in with your credentials.
