    <description>I will be an upcoming student this fall at one of the approved schools Spotify mentioned. So I tried to upgrade my account to Spotify Premium for Students, but I realized I had to be a CURRENT student to receive this discount. I start in August, but Spotify has already charged me $4.99 and I don't have the premium benefits. I had a free account before attempting to sign up. Is there anyway to be given my $5 back or be given the premium benefits?</description>

&lt;DIV&gt;Did you get an email receipt from Spotify for your subscription purchase?&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets '&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/" target="_blank" shape="rect"&gt;on hold&lt;/A&gt;' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
