Bought a subscription for someone else...

Hi everyone,

A while ago I bought a subscription for my partner and she no longer uses it. Problem is, she doesn't remember the email password so I can't cancel (I, being dumb, made the account using a newly made "happy birthday" gmail and wrote the info in the card. I know, dumb.)

The account has been charging my card without being used for several months. I DO have a screenshot of the order number and date. How can I cancel this?

Hope you’re doing great!

You can check out this guide on how to find your account even if you forget your login info.

When you’re able to login, you can click “CHANGE or CANCEL” under your subscription info, and you’ll follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

You don’t need to send over a screenshot, as the Order # is considered payment info, but if there is a error message, feel free to send over a screenshot; but hide any sensitive info when posting.

i really need help, i bought premium but Realized i was on some random account with a username and email that i have never seen before, i’m not able to sign into that email because i don’t know what the password is so i’m not able to cancel the subscription, and soon it’s going to start charging me but i don’t want it too. What do i do?
