However, the Spotify account can have an email registered to use in these types of cases.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the system shows an error when using the email address, it's possible that it has a different information registered or doesn't&amp;nbsp;have an email at all. But there's nothing to worry about; you can recover your account with all the info, and the subscription.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Since we don't have access to the user's accounts, you need to get in touch with our &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/" target="_self"&gt;Customer Support&lt;/A&gt;, so they can check your account and help you with the recovery&amp;nbsp;process.       <title>Please help me</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Deleted my Facebook which was attached to my spotify that I had for almost a decade. My whole life was on that spotify account. I'm devastated it's gone. I miss my spotify playlists daily. And it is SALT IN THR WOUND that I am ALSO being charged every month, despite complete inactivity.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no way of logging in. Cant make another account and be double charged. That email does not exist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could call my bank to cancel it but I want my playlists and my life back. Please, anyone. Help me talk to someone who can help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
