My Question or Issue

I had a student Spotify at 5.99 per month but this month my subscription was changed to a different type at 11.99. I didn't authorise any changes and nor was I told about any. I've only had student for about a year. Can I ask why this has been changed, and can it be changed back?

Thanks for coming to the Community.

When your student discount expires after 12 months, your Premium automatically continues at the full price. You can renew it from your account page just before your discount expires.

Note: If your discount expires before you renew, go to CHANGE PLAN on your account page and choose Premium Student.
