How do I upgrade my subscription from premium to duo? It’d not allowing me

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We moved your post from Chats to the help boards as its content fits better here.

On Spotify, you have the option to change your current plan in different ways. The first one is directly from your account page by clicking the button Change plan under the section Your plan.

The other option is to subscribe directly from the Premium Duo page by hitting the button GET STARTED. In this second option, make sure you’re logged in to the correct account in the upper-right corner of the page. If you’re not sure, you can log out, log back in, and access the link again.
