&lt;P&gt;Could you let us know if you're currently on a recurring plan using GoPay?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you aren't, would you mind trying again from an incognito window on a different device? Also, it's worth trying with a different internet connection to see if that makes the difference.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Payment Failed but i have the money</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i use gopay to pay for my spotify subscription and never had a problem but thus month even when i have more than enough amount of money in my gopay it wont go through and i keep seeing the “your payment failed” and i tried updating the payment method multiple times even to multiple outlet (gopay, shopeepay) but it cant be changed from gopay and it still wont go through even after 20 days of waiting when it usually goes through just fine&lt;/P&gt;</description>
