Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

Sometimes it might take a few hours for your subscription status to update.

If you still don't have your Premium features, please log out and log back in. Make sure you've activated the Premium subscription on the right account.

If it has been done right, you should see your Premium status in your Account Page.

Let us know how you get on.

Hi Alex, I literally have the same issue. I bought the premium plan with 1 month free trial on one email ID and as I did not see it get activated, I did it again via an another email ID. I used different payment options each time as well. Both accounts still do not have premium. Please suggest a solution here. Thanks.
To be noted, both email IDs and both payment methods have never been used on spotify before. I got no receipts from spotify when I purchased it either. However, in both cases, 2 INR was deducted from my account. Surprised that I cannot immediately start using a purchase once done. It literally ruins the excitement to try out a new product.

In this case it might be best to contact our support folks, so that they can check the status of your account.
As we don't have access to those from the Community, we can't really be of much help with payment-related issues.
