From FREE to PREMIUM

Free - Canada - TCL PRO 20

Hi, I would like to subscribe to Premium (individual) but I CAN'T. On both the app and www.spotify.com.

Every time I try, an orange window appear and it says " Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium". Those "other ways" didn't work as well. That orange window appears again and again on both the app and spotify.com.

Please help. thank you.
