Spotify/Hulu problem

I have a Spotify student account and when I click "start watching' on the services page, Hulu asks me to purchase a subscription. I cannot watch Hulu like I used to be able to do.

Thanks for reaching out. Just to make sure you're trying to access Hulu from the right place, this is your services page where you should be able to access Hulu. On another note, can you let me know which plan shows in your Spotify account page? You can find more info about Premium with Hulu here.

My Premium individual account shows that I have spotify with the free Hulu. My account page shows both Spotify and Hulu as active. But I can not get Hulu to work. When I click "Start Watching" in Chrome Browser in Windows, it asks me to subscribe to Hulu for an additional $5.99 more per month?

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.
