Charged foreign transaction fee?

Hello,

can you please look into why I’m being charged $18.52 for my Spotify family subscription instead of the $17.99 advertised and signed up too?

it appears a foreign fee is being charged.

It sounds like the charge isn't coming from Spotify. Try reaching out to your bank to see if they're the fee is from their side.

If not, reach out to us on Twitter with your account info so we can take a closer look.

Oct 9 2022 spotify stockholm SWEDEN ID 7638985 charged my subscription at 13.64 which is not correct, and then i am being charged a foreign transaction fee of 0.20.

my billing is in CAD and this is a first - I will dispute the transaction

As @SergioDavid has mentioned, reaching out to your bank would be the best choice of action here 🙂
They should know what has happened here and if any extra fees have been charged & why.
