      <description>&lt;P&gt;i am having this same problem but it has been going on for THREE months and i've had it, i had duo, it you guys charged me 13.78 i would get charged and the the next day after it already went through pending it charged my card TWICE &amp;nbsp;so instead of 13 dollars a month i have been spending 27 and i am definitely not happy i am already right in money and your billing issues needs to get fixed now!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
