My Question or Issue

I just purchased a premium subscription on Oct 11, 2022 and today I got a notification my gcash got unlinked from my account. And my premium account is also gone. Can I get back my subscription?

We think it'd be best to contact our customer support team directly as they have the tools to check what's going on with the payments for your subscription.

In the meantime check your receipts page to find out if the last payment was indeed successful.
