There are several reasons as to why a card might be declined.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I'VE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THE NEW CARD WON'T GO THROUGH.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IT'S ACCEPTED ON MULTIPLE OTHER SITES WHERE I HAVE RECURRING SOFTWARE SUBSCRIPTIONS INCLUDING CANVA AND OTHERS, BUT SPOTIFY DOESN'T ACCEPT THIS CARD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;YES, I DID CHECK TO SEE IF THERE IS CREDIT AVAILABLE.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE DO NOT RESPOND WITH THE OBVIOUS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'M LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION NOT AN OPINION.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UNFORTUNATELY DEALING WITH SPOTIFY IS NOT AS ENJOYABLE AS LISTENING TO THE MUSIC.&amp;nbsp; BUT THEN AGAIN, I'M JUST A CUSTOMER SO WHAT THE HECK DO I KNOW?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I SHOULD HOLD MY TONGUE AND JUST ALLOW YOU TO WASTE MY TIME TO DO YOUR JOB THAT I'M NOT PAID TO DO.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IS THERE A #CUSTOMERSERVICE PORTAL?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
