Here are some other ways to get Premium.' I have tried on both web browser from my laptop, web browser incognito mode and from my cell phone.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have read on Google that I need to cancel my current plan and sign up for the&amp;nbsp;Premium Duo. My greatest hesitation here is that I will lose all of my playlists by cancelling. My current plan is a subscription through the Apple store. &lt;P&gt;You've found the correct info - you're not able to start a Duo plan with Apple as a payment provider. You do need to cancel and wait until your subscription reverts to free and start your new plan.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;No worries, you won't lose your content and playlists while changing your subscription type. You'll just need to re-download them again when you get Premium.&lt;/P&gt;
