Student Premium not working offline

II subscribed for the student premium today, and it said unlimited offline music. And now I am going to take a flight and my premium , which I paid for, is not working. What kind of a service is this if the promised is not provided, plus when you have paid?!

I know that it’s frustrating if one of the features doesn’t work. However, did you enable the offline mode in your settings? If you did, did you download any songs that you would like to listen to?

Hey @zmirvalieva,

Like @Focusvity said, you need to save a playlist for offline use before you can listen to it without an Internet connection.

If you are unable to download songs or use any other Premium features, but you are sure you got charged, find out if your Premium is perhaps on a different account. You can read here how to find additional accounts.
