&lt;P&gt;Sorry to see this has happened to you!&lt;BR /&gt;You wouldn't be eligible for a trial in case your account has already had Premium or your payment details have previously been used for a trial or a Premium subscription.&lt;BR /&gt;There's no direct method to verify if you're eligible (or at least not one that has been brought to my attention) but you can always bring up the matter to our &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/" target="_blank"&gt;support folks&lt;/A&gt; in case you believe there's a mistake on our end &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We're here for you should any further questions arise.&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
