No Premium

Hello ,

I signed up yesterday evening and took the 3 months free trial and the payment method was my bank account. 10 cents were immediately deducted from my account and until now ( which is more than ten hours later ) the app still shows the upgrade to premium button and when I go to the account page it still shows "Spotify Free".

Does it usually take that long to activate premium? thanks.

Thanks for coming to the Community.

If you've had Premium on your account before or if the payment method you used was used for Spotify in the past (e.g. by a family member or friend), you're not eligible for the trial. You could try using a different payment method though 🙂
