My Question or Issue

Hello,
I live in Spain, and till now I was using a French credit card to pay. However, my card does not exist anymore. I want to change it to a Spanish credit card, but I cant do it from the web.

Thanks for posting in the Community!

The way it works is that you always need to use a payment method native to the country/region where your account was created or currently set to. If you're now living in Spain and want to use a bank card issued in Spain, then you'd need to wait until your previous subscription expires and your account reverts to our free service. Then you'd need to change the region country settings of your account to the new location you reside in and then you'd be able to update your payment details with the new ones.
