My Question or Issue

I reactivate my Spotify student account. Showtime has never given me issues. But, Hulu has. Last year I went through the proper avenue to log into my pre-existing Hulu account and connect Spotify billing. However billing never connected. This year, upon renewal, the same problem still continues.

Both account emails are the same. I talked with Hulu support and the deactivated my subscription in hopes that it would help. But it did not. :,(

Is there anyway to sever memory of a Hulu account from my Spotify account, so I can over again? Or what else should I do? The start watching button under Hulu just takes me to the account that I pay for.

I'll try to help you out. Can you try opening your services page in an incognito window to see if that does the trick? I'd also recommend reading this Support article for more help with this.
