&lt;P&gt;If you already paid for Premium but can't see the features, we'd first recommend logging out and back in.&amp;nbsp;This can force an update between your device and account and could allow you to fully see your subscription.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It's worth making sure that you’re using the right login details. You might have signed up to Premium with a different account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Lastly, you can also check &lt;SPAN&gt;your payment status. If the Spotify payment is marked as 'pending' on your bank statement, it might not have gone through successfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
