    <description>&lt;P&gt;Took me hours to figure it out. Go to settings, scroll to bottom and log out. Then when you sign in bypass wife's log in and sign in using Facebook. Unless you share a Facebook it should&amp;nbsp; log you into your seperate duo account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium Duo&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Germany&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;(&lt;/STRONG&gt;Samsung Galaxy S10)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(Android with the phone, Windows 10 with computer)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I just switched to Premium Duo from Premium, but my wife doesn't show as the other member on my account page. When I logged into her account that I just created, it shows her as a free user instead of Premium Duo. Why is this happening? Does it just take a while for everything to process through the Spotify system? &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Thank you in advance for any help with this issue. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you don't see your wife listed as a member of your Premium Duo plan make sure to retry sending her the invitation. Check out &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/duo/" target="_self"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt; help article on how to invite or remove members.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ivan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for getting back to me. I did resend the invite, and she did get both of them. With the resend, it said she was already subscribed, but still when I check, she doesn't show as a member and hers says she's a free member. Can this be resolved? She is getting a new car that she will need to use bluetooth and Spotify music.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Next thing you can check is if she's logging in to the correct Spotify account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;Sometimes Spotify users create more than one account for different reasons. In such a case she might have &lt;/SPAN&gt;both free and Premium Duo accounts&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;. If she's accidentally logged in to her free account, she won't be able to see the Premium features of the Duo plan.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;We suggest your wife takes a look at&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_help/i-pay-for-premium-why-am-i-on-free/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt;this&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-weight: 400;"&gt; help page.       <description>&lt;P&gt;She only has one account that was just created a day or so ago, and it's showing as a free account. Does she need to click on the premium account as if she were going to upgrade to premium duo? I thought that was the purpose of sending the link from me to her with the address, so it would add her to my premium duo.&amp;nbsp; Also, she's still not showing on my account as the second member of premium duo. The instructions for setting this up are not really clear and could use a definite revision.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
