Why i c'ant have spotify prenium. (I never had prenium before)

This month I saw that spotify had a 3 month free spotify prenium offer, so I wanted to get spotify prenium. But every time I click on 'get 3 months of spotify prenium free', it says 'Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan, Here are some other ways to get Premium'. I've tried everything, but every time it doesn't work. (I never had spotify premium)

Have you used your payment method with any of Spotify's services in the past (to pay for someone else's Premium or a trial on a different account)? Also, have you tried this using a different browser or private window?

No i never pay for someone else in the past, and i try on the app and on 2 browser. I even try with and new account, it just don't want to work.

Hey @blattebison and @Dennydavis,

Can you send me screenshots of any error messages you’re getting? That way I can take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.

Additionally, try using a different browser, different device if possible too. Keep in mind that you’re unable to get the free trial if you’ve:

Used Premium in the past, unless the offer states otherwise
Used your payment method with any of Spotify’s services
