Didnt recieve my benifits for buying Spotify Premium

I payed the $49MXN to get spotify Universal Premium (or whatever) and they already Charged it to my credit card, but i still havent recieved my premium on my account, i didnt put it on any other account becouse i never sign out of the same one i use on all my devices, please i need help to get my premium or at least my money back becouse im just paying For something that im not even using due to errors. Please i need help as fast as posible 😞

No it does not help... my credit card is valid i make payments with it everyday, i also already waited 24 hrs. to get my premium and still nothing

Im paying for premium R69 per month but my account doesnt refect such. Been paying about a year now. Since a changed my cell phone in june it has not allowed premium features

If you've paid for Premium, but are not getting the Premium features we'd suggest checking out this FAQ page.

Also, please note that when changing your phone, you might've accidentally created a new account or signed in a second free account you already had and that's why you're not seeing your Premium features.
