Como puedo cancelar el cambio de plan dúo a individual?

quería cambiar a un plan individual pero luego de haber hecho los pasos me arrepentí pero no me sale alguna opción para cancelar la acción. Que puedo hacer?

Gracias por venir a la Comunidad de Spotify. ¿Puedes comprobar qué tipo de suscripción aparece debajo de Tu plan en la página de tu cuenta? Si aparece Premium Individual, para volver a Duo debes comprar otra suscripción Duo aquí. No te preocupes por el tiempo de Premium Individual que ya has pagado, Spotify lo transformará en tiempo Duo teniendo en cuenta la diferencia de precio.

La cuestión es que no quiero que cambie pero no se como hacerlo

Sorry to jump in here and thank you for your patience. Apologies also for the late response as we just came across this thread. Hope you don't mind me replying in English, as that's the official language of the Community!

Taking into account the screenshot you sent before, the plan was scheduled to be done on the 15th. We hope that the mistake was corrected before the change. But in case that the subscription changed to individual, you can change it back to Duo in your Account page. You just need to scroll down to see the button Change plan under "Your plan" section.

Once you have changed back to duo, you can invite the other user again to join your plan by following the steps in this article.

¿Puedo abandonar el plan dúo, si no soy yo la administradora del plan, o es necesario que el titular me elimine del plan?

You can cancel your subscription from your Account Overview page by following these steps. By doing so, you will stop being a member of the Duo plan. No worries, this won't affect the other user's Premium account, it will only revert your account to free.
