Paid but is not working

I completed the 7 days challenge spotify had. I claimed reward but even after i paid, it did not start. I paid 3 times, it is still now working. I checked my account detail. it was using the right account. After i paid, i got "Error" in spotify app.

Then i tried to get my normal subscription, but again It debited my money, but there was again a error in the app even after i paid. I dont even have refund, and do not know what to do. If anyone knows what to do, please help.
