Forgot to cancel my premium subscription, need a refund

I forgot to cancel my premium subscription before it billed me for the next month. It just charged me today for the next month, is there a way to get a refund for this bill and cancel my subscription? I'm poor and a spotify premium subscription is no longer a priority to me
