My wife and I were on a Premium Family plan, the person who had the Premium Plan had to cancel and I purchased a Premium Duo for me and my wife, now she can't use the Premium Duo because of some 12 month limit. Is there some way she can't use the Premium Duo plan so we can keep it? It's worthless if she can't use it.

Hello @carlosgallany!

Thanks for coming to the Community. Unfortunately, as you mentioned, you're only allowed to change Duo plans once a year. This includes switching between Premium Family and Duo.

As a workaround, you create a new account and transfer content from the old account to the new one following these steps. Then, ask the plan's manager to send you an invite to the new account.

Hope this helps!
