My Question or Issue

Hi! I am trying to pay for the individual plan, but when I linked to my paypal account, it said my card is not authorized.

I have balance in my paypal account and my card linked to my paypal is from visa. I have had no problem paying for other services like netflix and clip studio paint, so I think maybe my card is actually invalid.

Does anyone know what is going on?

Since the error message is appearing directly on PayPal's website, I recommend reaching out to them first to make sure it's not an issue with your payment method. 🙂

Well I got a temporary solution making payment to the *premium duo plan*.
There the app accepted the payment without any problem.

So the fault isn't with paypal. it is in the purchase of the individual
plan.
