Bonjour, j'ai eu accumulé des points avec ma carte carburant et j'ai eu un bon de 10€ à valoir ici pour un abonnement personnel et j'ai mis le code pin et ça ne fonctionne pas

If you got this card in a store/fuel station, you need to make sure it was activated at the counter. Also, just to be sure, can you confirm you're trying to redeem it in this link?
