Family invite link not working

I have a premium family subscription and have sent the link to a family member, they received the link but when they try to oprn it, it goes to the spotify site saying "unexpected error has occurred".

Thanks for reaching out. Can you ask your family member to open this link using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection.

I hope you don't mind me replying in English, since it's the Community's official language. Can you try opening the invite link using another browser or an incognito window? If this doesn't work, can you let me know what error message you're getting?
