    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just spent a frustrating 5 hours on chat with Spotify Advisors in an attempt to upgrade my Premium account to a Duo.&amp;nbsp; I have credit on my Premium account from Christmas Gift Cards although this should not be an issue to upgrading as confirmed by the Spotify Advisors on Chat and this board.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canada&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(iPhone 13, iMac 2015, Macbook Pro&amp;nbsp; )&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(iOS 10, Android&amp;nbsp;Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've just spent a frustrating 5 hours on chat with Spotify Advisors in an attempt to upgrade my Premium account to a Duo.&amp;nbsp; I have credit on my Premium account from Christmas Gift Cards although this should not be an issue to upgrading as confirmed by the Spotify Advisors on Chat and this board.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried all the solutions they offered several times.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- using an incognito window&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- confirming the Country and Credit Card are the same&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- using different browsers (firefox, chrome &amp;amp; safari)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- trying different devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- have tried 2 different credit cards and paypal&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I select Duo and error comes up in the form of " Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium"&amp;nbsp; and 'Oops, something went wrong. Please try again or contact our support team'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would appreciate some insight or advice to issue and a fix.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
