&lt;P&gt;This type of issue could be related to different factors, but the most common one is an outdated address. Since the verification process was changed recently, it's possible that the system is not recognizing the old address for a new user and the owner must update it by selecting the most accurate one from the drop down menu. They can check &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/family-address-verification/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"&gt;out this article&lt;/A&gt; for more info.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, it's possible that each account has different countries registered affecting the recognition of the address.       <title>why the address verification is showing "didn't match" ?</title>
