How to add to duo account

I have free spotify account registered in Belgium (moved from another country). My husband have a premium account, all payment methods are from different country. Now, he bought duo account, wrote his Belgian adress, invited me, but I cant join even if typing the same adress. And he cannot change his payment method to Belgium. What is the solution?

Thanks for reaching out.

Keep in mind that the country of your payment method, the country of residence, and the country setting of the Spotify account must all match, in order for a Premium Family plan to function properly.

In this case, he would need to cancel his current Premium Family subscription and wait until his account reverts to Spotify Free. He can then update his account's country setting to Belgium.

Once all of that's been done, he can subscribe to Premium Family again at https://spotify.com/family 🙂 He'll then be able to invite you to the plan.
