My Question or Issue

Hello, i received a gift card for a 3 month subscription (30€) but I just paid for 1 month student premium (5€) so I wanted to know if now I have just 3 month premium or if the gift card “starts” next month and have 4 months from now OR if the fact that I have Spotify student I will have 6 months with the gift card since I normally pay 5€ per month ? Thank u for the patience

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

The card that you've used will add 3 months Premium on your account and disregard your discount, since Gift Cards can only be redeemed for Individual Premium. You can find more info about gift cards here.

Unfortunately, we can't access users accounts here in the Community. It's best to reach out to our Customer Support team through one of the channels here. They should be able to check what's going on and give you further info about this.
