      <description>al querer hacer el canje, me arroja la leyenda de se produjo un error y en otro intento que el codigo no existe, ya intente en pagina de incognito y nada....me gustaria obtener ayuda ya que he comprado la tarjeta para iniciar con la experiencia premium y estoy iniciando con una mala &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":pensive_face:"&gt;😔&lt;/span&gt;</description>

If that's the case, we'd recommend to check the code’s characters and try different combinations after 24 hours again. Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like a lowercase L. It's best if you use a different device or a different network.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

It sounds like you're having issues with another type of payment method, not with a Gift card. You mention that your debit/credit card is not accepted. Keep in mind that the payment method you're trying to use must be supported by Spotify - head &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/payment-methods" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to check that. It should also meets all of the requirements mentioned in&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/failed-payment/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;this&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;page.
