I want to upgrade to premium but I can't because payment country

My playstore account it's Spanish and my paypal account it Spanish too, while my Spotify account seems to be Portuguese. I live in both countries. I can't upgrade to Premium because I can't use none of the payment methods from a different country. And I can't change my country in Spotify because I'm not Premium. I'm stuck here!

I have similar situation. I lived in Taiwan for past few years, my card payment is from Taiwan. I’m currently in Japan for some months, later maybe even Europe. The thing is I wanted to upgrade to the premium as no Wi-Fi in Japan, but recently my Spotify stopped working and need to login and change the country into japan. I did it, than I tried to upgrade to premium but told me that my card payment doesn’t match the country. I don’t have japanese card so can’t do it, and also doesn’t show me anymore Taiwan as a country in option to change. I’m not sure when I even will be there again. I need to say for some big papa as Spotify this kind of things are quite annoying. How is that possible that you want to actually subscribe to premium but it’s not possible. No make sense to complicate things like this. I’m person whose moving countries all the time and of course I won’t have a payment method from all of them.
