I can't redeem all of the digits on the gift card
I think I am only missing 0ne letter.

I recommend checking the code’s characters and trying different combinations after 24 hours again. Sometimes a zero looks like an O, or a capital ‘i’ looks like a lowercase L. It's best if you use an incognito window or a different device. 🙂

Shouldn't you make it clearer what the characters are or don't use O or I. Why should the customer have to wait 24 hours between attempts when they have already paid the money up front 🤬
