My Question or Issue

When I try to make a payment to spotify for the Premium Duo subscription, and select the UPI payment method, it is redirecting me to a page which asks for your card details. If I use my debit card, it says the debit card I use is not supported and only credit cards from your bank are supported. So the only way I have is the UPI which is not working.

Can someone please give me a solution?

The payment method UPI Autopay is currently temporarily unavailable. You can either wait a few days or try subscribing using a different card.

If you have any other questions related to your payments, it's best to reach out to the folks over at Customer Support, as they're the ones who can take a closer look at this and assist you further.

That's is not right

You can pay with UPI if you chose individual but not if you choose family or duo this is bug

Please fix this

Still not working. April 2023. Can’t send payment requests to my UPI ID.
