      <description>I have checked with the credit card company, the payment goes through but still in free spotify. Anyone can help? Cheers</description>

      <description>Hey @JuanCamilo,&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for the reply but this is not solving my issue. I am subscribed on premium for family, to this date all my family list is suddenly turned into spotify free.&lt;BR /&gt;I have tried to login into my account using your method, but nah, does not work, still displayed as spotify free so i can't manage my family subscription too.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am also experiencing the same problem, all the members in my family used to have a family subscription but were all unsubscribed from it&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;without any notification&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;or any reason why we were unsubscribed. The plan owner did not cancel the subscription and the credit card payments went through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We all only have one Spotify account, if anyone can help please do :c&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
