Confused, please help!

I downloaded the Spotify app, and added songs to a playlist. When I push "download," it says "you've discovered a premium feature! Start your free Spotify premium trial to unlock it" then I push got it, but it won't start any trials, how do I start a trial?

The 7 day trial can be claimed without a payment method. This trial is for all new users who haven’t experienced Premium before and if you’re eligible you will receive a pop-up to claim.
