In this case, we'd recommend trying it on a different device or an incognito window to see if it makes any difference. Also, if you have an error message when trying, check if you have enough funds to complete the transaction.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In addition, since this issue could be caused by network restrictions, we'd recommend trying on a different Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot as well.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, it's possible that the failure to complete the transaction could be account-related. I was trying since last last week but it was still not okay. Though my number works when I'm paying through google play but there's an extra charge when I'm using it so I prefer paying in Spotify directly but again my phone number keeps having error even though I deleted it and re-downloaded it, and also restarting my phone nothing happened.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello! The payment method i'm using is through my load balance. Even before&lt;BR /&gt;i started using spotify premium, i always use my load balance for my&lt;BR /&gt;payment.
