Hi everybody, first i'm sorry for my english. I have a problem with a credit card payment, in the last months I saw how my payment of the mebrship has been duplicated and also has an extra cost. I don't know how could it be, if somone can help me with that i'm be grateful.

Could you check if you have multiple accounts with subscriptions as described here?

If you can't find a second subscription that way, it'd be best to contact our support team through this page.
