&lt;P&gt;In this case, we'd like to add some insights. Even if you're sharing a plan with your partner, the accounts are independent from one another. So, the listening activity on your partner's account shouldn't affect yours.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That being said, we'd suggest you both check that you've logged in to your own accounts and that you're not using the same one by accident. To do it, you can follow these steps on your mobile devices:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to Home.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Go to Settings.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;At the top of settings, you can see the email linked to the account (if any) open on the device and the type of plan.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Give it a try, and let us know how it goes. If you aren’t certain about the details you used to register on the app, go to &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;password reset&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/A&gt; and enter any possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that's registered with Spotify, you'll get a password reset message for that email.&lt;/P&gt;
