&lt;P&gt;Just to confirm, do you have access to your Premium account's &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_self"&gt;Account page&lt;/A&gt;? If yes, you should be able to update your email address from there and then &lt;A href="https://accounts.spotify.com/password-reset" target="_self"&gt;reset your password&lt;/A&gt; so that you'll be able to log in with the email and password you chose.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you don't have access to the account page, could you try to log in again from an incognito window and on a different device?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

For the last few days, the facebook log in isn't working. I tried logging in with the email that is connected to my facebook, and that creates another account.
