    <description>&lt;P&gt;Absolutely agree. Utterly useless. I've been trying to upgrade my subscription for well over an hour now and the website says to go to the app to change plans. The app lets me select the plan then just goes blank. No errors no nothing. Why on earth can I not select plan via the website?! At least then I could inspect to see what the error was!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;why is there no chat function or live help option? why is it that when I'm having an issue with this service, even though I pay money for it, my only option is to post a message to a forum like this is 2002 and hope that some random stranger takes pity on me and answers it eventually?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
