      <title>Cannot upgrade subscription via App nor via Web</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;I've been trying to upgrade my subscription for well over an hour now and the website says to go to the app to change plans. The app lets me select the plan then just goes blank. No errors no nothing. Why on earth can I not select plan via the website?! At least then I could inspect to see what the error was!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If I knew what error message there was I'd be able to search for a better solution than posting here. As mentioned it shows a perfectly blank screen, but the top black bar is still there with the back button. No error message, it just never shows anything after I select the duo plan from the plans list.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Payment method is google pay and when I go in there to check if i can do anything, it says I need to open the app to upgrade subscription if I want to change plans.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once you're back on the free plan, you can subscribe to a plan of your choice directly on the website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
