One month premium trial denied

Don't know the reason why I should be charged when I am supposed to enjoy a month trial before my actual subscription expired . I am being notified of my subscription about to expire when I should be enjoying the trial period. Thank you

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.

In Spotify, the trials are available for new users who have never tried Premium before. This means that if you have an active Premium subscription, you won't be eligible to use the trial.

However, if you think you were eligible for the trial and you get charged, since this is an account-related issue and we don't have access to user's accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check your account and help you further.
