&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When the system is not registering the card, it’s possible that the card doesn’t meet all the requirements for the transaction to be completed. First, we’d recommend taking a look at&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/article/failed-payment/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; this article&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; to check if you’ve already covered all basic scenarios.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If so, and the issue persists, we’d suggest trying it on a different device, from an incognito/private window or even from a different WiFi network to see if it makes any difference.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Lastly, if the card is not getting registered still, it could be related to a blockage or payment limitations in your account. In this case, since we don’t have access to users accounts in the Community; we’d recommend contacting our&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/" target="_blank"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; Customer Support&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; directly so they can check the account and look for any restrictions.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
